Arriving at La Quinta, I found a very clean room, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was not maintained throughout my stay. The towels were left, beds were unmade, and the door was left unlocked. The exterior of the hotel looked run down, resembling an apartment building. Additionally, the parking was extremely tight. The front desk staff were hit or miss, requiring me to fetch my own requests. However, the staff were very helpful in reimbursing my taxi fare and providing excellent shuttle service, which even extended to the Mall of America.

The staff here is really friendly and always in touch with the manager, which is cool 😊. Also, the location is super central, making it convenient for exploring around.

The front lobby staff were super congenial and helpful. The shuttle driver was mind-blowing, assisting with luggage and being polite to other passengers. The early check-in request was accommodated with ease, and the room was very clean. Perfect for pet owners with a free hot breakfast, free wi-fi in public areas and a great fitness centre.

Had very good stay for my entire vacation. The room was reasonably large and pet-friendly with big beds, I stayed in all day. Wonderful location and fairly friendly staff were a definite plus.

The room I had was freshly cleaned and brand-new with a microwave and mini fridge. The staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel's location was amazing, really close to many attractions and restaurants, the airport, Mall of America, grocery stores, and California.

This place has a great location near everything I wanted to see, in a lovely area, with comfortable beds and very clean rooms.

The room was so comfy and had everything I needed - a flat-screen TV, a cozy bed, and free WiFi. It felt like home!

I'm a light sleeper, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times.

The breakfast options here include a nice variety of cookies and hot waffles.

I was very impressed with the double room and the staff who were fairly friendly and super-friendly and in touch with the manager. The hotel is in a great location near the airport, Mall of America, and a very close mall.

The rooms were all large and wonderful with comfortable beds. The location was good, near a big mall and Minneapolis/Saint Paul airport. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Pizza Gallery, where I ate once or twice.

We recently stayed at La Quinta and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. We especially appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport, which was convenient for our early morning flight. Although we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel, we heard from fellow travelers that the breakfast offerings were amazing. We will definitely choose to stay at La Quinta again in our future travels.

We found the building to be old and outdated. The carpets were dirty and the actual rooms and lobby looked nothing like the pictures on the website.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is helpful. The location is marvellous, 2 miles from Flyover America. Also it is right by the mall, downtown and airport. The service is friendly, includes free parking. Moreover, guests can use parking onsite. We would come here again, this hotel met requirements.

This place was pretty clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was great with plenty of dining options nearby; we really enjoyed the spacious rooms with large beds.
